The Harrington family welcomes your family. Our dedicated employees, some with more than 30 years of Harrington experience, will do everything possible to make your visit enjoyable. From check-in to departure, we will do everything we can to ensure a perfect stay.

Convenient Gift Shop

Our fully stocked gift shop is open seven days a week, 7 AM until 11 PM, with most everything you might need:  from personal items to gifts and souvenirs to assistance with local tour arrangements.  While visiting our gift shop, please stop by and check out our large salt water aquarium with its fascinating inhabitants.

Harriet’s Café

Harriet’s is our casual dining, smoke-free restaurant, open every day of the year from 6:30 AM to 10 PM, offering a full selection of menu items for every taste and appetite. Our complimentary hotel guest Internet area is located inside Harriet’s Café.

We have ten distinctly different types of rooms to choose from to satisfy the lodging requirements of all of our guests. Everything from a very small room at a very large discount, to an extra-large room that comfortably sleeps five or six. This room pictured is our “Double Queen” room type with two queen sized beds.  Perfect for up to four occupants.

This is our “Queen/Queen/Twin” room type guest room.  Perfect for three, four, or five guests with two queen sized beds and one twin sized bed. Plus all the amenities you would expect such as 78 channels of remote control cable television including free HBO. Wireless Internet connection is always included in all of our guest rooms and throughout the hotel.

Hotel Harrington is just steps from Pennsylvania Avenue, America’s Main Street. Many of the sights you plan to visit are all within a six to eight block walk:  the White House, the National Archives, art museums, and ten of the most popular Smithsonian Museums, including the Smithsonian Castle.
