King
Sleeps 1-2
Our Standard King rooms are well suited for those who wish to have a little extra luxury. These rooms have TV with free HBO, compact refrigerator, microwave oven, direct dial telephone with voice-mail and low-cost long distance rates, free wireless Internet connection and in-room hot pots with complimentary packets of instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. These rooms are located on the fifth through eleventh floors, and all have outside streetscape views. Also, the majority of these rooms are located on our NON-SMOKING floors. Please do not be disappointed if we cannot fulfill your request for a smoking room in this category.
Queen
Sleeps 1-2
This is our most popular room for single and double occupancy: the majority of our rooms are Queen Standard. These nicely appointed rooms feature a queen size bed, a reading chair, plus a study desk and chair. These rooms also typically have full size closets. As with all of our rooms, direct dial phones with voice mail and low cost long distance service is a standard feature, as well as, TV with free HBO.
Small Queen
Sleeps 1-2
Our small queen rooms are a perfect way to stay on a budget while still enjoying all the conveniences of the Hotel Harrington. These rooms feature a queen size bed, but in a very compact room. While these rooms can accommodate two guests, they are better suited for single occupancy due to the limited closet space and limited floor space. Of course, these rooms still have a full size bath with a tub/shower. These rooms also have direct dial telephones with voice mail, individual controls for heating and air conditioning, and TV with free HBO. All of these rooms are "interior" rooms with no view of the city streets. However, they tend to be a bit quieter as a result of their location.
Small Double
Sleeps 1
We have a limited number of these "Small Double" rooms which carry our absolute lowest nightly rate. These rooms are best suited for the individual traveler who is very budget minded. All rooms in this category have a double size bed and private bathroom*, but no closet and no desk. A hanger rack is installed in each of these rooms, but there is very limited storage space. We do not recommend this room type for more than one occupant. These rooms have TV with free HBO, direct dial telephones with voice mail, free wireless access to the Internet, and individual controls for heating and air conditioning. All of these rooms are "interior" rooms with no views of the city streets. However, they tend to be a bit quieter as a result of their location.
* Some rooms have shower only, others have shower and tub.
Twin/Twin
Sleeps 1-2
Our Small Twin/Twin rooms are a perfect way to stay on a budget, and have individual beds, while still enjoying all the conveniences of the Hotel Harrington. These rooms feature two twin beds, but in a very compact room. While these rooms can comfortably accommodate two guests, there is limited closet space and floor space. Of course, these rooms still have a full size bath with a tub/shower. These rooms also have direct dial telephones with voice mail, individual controls for heating and air conditioning, and TV with free HBO.
Double/Double
Sleeps 1-4
Our Double/Double rooms are very popular for families on a budget, and for couples wishing a little more individual space. These rooms feature two full size beds, one reading chair, and a study desk and chair. As with all of our rooms, our Double/Double style rooms have direct dial telephones with voice mail, individual controls for heating and air conditioning, TV with free HBO. These rooms have full size closets for plenty of storage, and there is room for a compact size refrigerator which will be placed in the room, at no additional charge, upon prior request.
Queen/Queen
Sleeps 1-4
Very similar to our Double/Double rooms, these rooms feature two queen size beds, 2 reading chairs, a study desk and chair and plenty of room to spread out after a day of sightseeing. As with all of our rooms, direct dial telephone, voice mail, and low cost long distance rates are a standard feature. Every room has TV with free HBO. These rooms feature a larger size, 25 inch television with 78 channels of cable service plus HBO, plus free wireless Internet connection.
Room for 5
Sleeps 1-5
Our Room for Five is perfect for a group of five trying to keep their costs under control. This room features enough beds to comfortably accommodate five people. These rooms have all of our regular amenities, plus a compact size refrigerator as a permanent fixture so there is no need to make a prior request to have this convenience waiting for you in your room when you arrive.
Deluxe
Sleeps 1-4
Our Deluxe Family Rooms are ideally suited for families traveling with older children, or for people traveling together who would like more privacy than a single room can provide. These rooms consist of two separate rooms connected by an interior passage equipped with a folding privacy door. One room has a queen size bed while the connecting room has two twin size beds. Each room in these two room combinations has its own private bath, and each room has its own TV with free HBO. Each room also has its own direct dial telephone, however the phones do share the same common line. Each side of these combination rooms has a reading chair along with a study desk and chair. These rooms also come equipped with a compact refrigerator and in-room hot pots with complimentary packets of instant coffee and tea.
