Frequently Asked Questions
| 1. I would like to pay the hotel
charges for one of your guests with my credit card,
but I won't be at the hotel in person; is there a
way I can pay with my credit card for someone else's
reservation? |

| 2. Someone who won't be with me on this trip wants to
pay for my hotel charges; is there a process by which their credit card can
be used to pay my hotel bill for me? |

| 3. If I am driving my car to Washington D.C., is there a place to park at the
hotel? |
Yes. Although the parking garage
immediately next door to the hotel is
undergoing extensive renovation, we have
a terrific underground parking garage
available just four blocks from the
hotel. And since you almost never need
to use your car once you arrive, it is
an easy, pleasant walk from the hotel to
the garage and back. The cost is a flat
$15.00 per day ($16.00 per day as of
January 1st 2012) and will be added to your
hotel bill. Parking includes unlimited
in & out privileges and is valid until 4
PM on the day of your check-out. There
is a height restriction of 6'. This is
more than enough for all production
mini-vans, as long as you don't have a
luggage carrier strapped to the roof.
For visitors with taller vehicles than
this, the parking garage at Union
Station (one mile away, but on the
subway line) has a garage with nearly
unlimited height capability. And for
your convenience, we have a special
loading zone directly in front of the
hotel entrance for your use while
registering and unloading your luggage.

| 4. I would like to leave my car in your parking garage after I check out to
see some more sights before I leave town. Will there be an additional charge? |
Not if you plan to remove your car
from the garage before 4 PM on the day
of your check-out. After 4 PM you will
be charged directly by the parking
garage for whatever additional time you
use.

| 5. I see from your information page that check in at the hotel is not until
after 4 PM. My flight arrives at 9 in the morning and I will have a lot of
luggage. Do you have a baggage room I can use until my room is ready? |
Absolutely. Just see the Bellman on
duty when you arrive and he will issue a
claim ticket and store your luggage
until you return. But first, be sure to
check in with the front desk upon
arrival ..... if the room reserved for
your stay was not occupied the evening
before, you will have the option of an
early check in and, of course, there is
no additional charge for this service if
it is available.

| 6. Can I also use the luggage storage room if I have already checked out of
the hotel but my flight isn't until much later that day? |
Again, absolutely. Many of our
guests have schedules that do not
coincide with our check in and check out
times. But the luggage storage room is
available for your use 24 hours per day,
so don't worry about where to store your
things until you are ready to leave town
..... we'll take good care of them for
you so you can continue to enjoy the
sights.

| 7. If all reservations require a credit card guarantee,
what is the cancellation policy? And will my credit card be charged when I
make my reservation? |
Your credit card account will not be
charged when you make your reservation.
We will use your number for guarantee
purposes only. No charges will be posted
to your account unless you are a "No
Show" on the arrival date of your
reservation. If you find you will not be
able to use your reservation as planned,
please notify the hotel no later than 24
hours prior to your planned arrival so
we can put your room back into
inventory. If you find you need to
cancel, using either our website's
cancellation button or our toll-free
number, be sure to retain the
cancellation number you will receive in
case a problem develops at a later time.

| 8. Do all your rooms have private baths? |
While this is not a frequently asked question, it has come
up from time to time, and we know it is an important question. Yes,
absolutely, every single one of our guest rooms has a full, private bath,
almost all with tub/shower combinations. Some of our two-room
configurations, such as our Deluxe Family Rooms, even have two full bathrooms
for added convenience to our guests.

| 9. Are there any other restaurants in the area in
addition to the ones in the hotel? |

| 10. Where is a pharmacy, bank, retail store,
transportation, or just about anything in the area? |
